We only sell retail. We are not a wholesaler. 10.25% sales tax will be added to all orders shipped within the state of Illinois. We will not process orders from, or ship orders to, California.

For educational institutions: We do accept purchase orders from educational institutions. Those institutions can simply fax or mail us a purchase order detailing those items desired. Please remember to include all item codes, descriptions, etc as well as a contact name and phone number.

Color samples and photos may not be true due to differences in color monitor calibrations. Names of characters used in this catalogue indicate suitability for depiction of certain types and styles. They are not meant to imply any connection with these characters. We make no claim as to precise replication.

Makeup cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales are final. All prices are subject to change without notice.

Shipping: We ship via UPS and cannot ship to P O boxes. We do not ship to international destinations.

All in-stock merchandise will be shipped within 2 business days. Allow 4 to 7 business days for Ground service. Guaranteed delivery times for expedited service apply from the date your order ships – not from the day your order is received.

If your order becomes oversized or overweight and exceeds our standard shipping charges, you will be contacted to approve the difference in shipping charges before your order is shipped.

In order not to delay receipt of goods, please make sure your shipping address is complete and includes suite or apartment number and type of street (eg, drive, road, boulevard, etc), and, if shipping to a business, please make sure that the business name is included in the address.

Please be assured that all information collected through our website is kept strictly confidential. We do not sell, share or in any way distribute any client information. Credit card information is NOT stored on our server.

Some anti-spam software are more aggressive than others. This may result in legitimate mail being mistaken for spam. So please check your spam and/or junk mail folders before contacting us if you think you have not received a confirmation of your order.

Please be aware that a temporary pre-authorization for the amount due is issued against your credit card at the completion of your order. This pre-authorization will be converted into an actual charge when your merchandise is shipped.

In the event that your transaction is declined for whatever reason, this temporary pre-authorization may still appear on your card. In no event is this an actual charge. This pre-authorization will automatically drop from your card in a few days. We have no control of this drop-off period. It is determined by your card issuing bank.
