As you close & strike your show, please take a moment to read the guidelines below, and keep in mind the following DO’s & DON’T’s for shipping items back to us:

DO:
➔ HOLD ONTO THOSE BOXES! Use the exact same boxes to ship your items back to us that you received them in– ESPECIALLY HAT BOXES. In fact, if you need help remembering which costumes came in which box, we suggest writing the names of the ensembles on the inside lid of each box!
NOTE: If one of your boxes arrives having broken in transit, you must communicate this to us immediately!
If you must use a box that we didn’t send, please 1) communicate that with us, and 2) write your show name and order number on the side of the box.

➔ KEEP ALL THE ITEMS YOU PURCHASED (such as make-up, wig caps, and other items from our retail department. Returned items will not be refunded.)
➔ COMMUNICATE ALL DAMAGE & STAINS that occurred to our pieces. That way our Laundry & Processing Team can get started ASAP on repairing or cleaning those pieces before they are rented again!
➔ REMOVE ALL SAFETY PINS, TAPE or other alterations you may have made to the pieces.
➔ ENSURE ALL COSTUMES ARE DRY completely from perspiration, etc. before bagging them– this prevents mold.
NOTE: If your pieces are still damp on the day they are due to be shipped, please communicate with us immediately and await our instructions.
➔ REHANG EACH ENSEMBLE AS RECEIVED, with PAPER TAGS & ACCESSORY BAGS placed on the hanger with its corresponding costume.
➔ USE A GARMENT BAG placed over the ensembles to protect them during transit.
➔ USE A CARDBOARD STRIP placed on top of our pieces before sealing a box. This ensures the item(s) on top are protected when we open the box.
➔ USE PACKING TAPE ONLY to seal up the boxes (not duct tape).

DON’T:
❌Mix, Separate or Swap ensemble pieces, either in the garment bags or in the boxes
❌Separate the Accessory Bags from their ensembles.
❌Separate the Description Tags from their ensembles NOTE: If the tag has ripped or cannot hang on the hanger, it must be placed in the corresponding Accessory Bag. Never send description tags loose in a bag or at the bottom of a box.
❌Overpack boxes.
❌Use Duct tape to seal the boxes.
