How do I place an order for a Show Rental?
- Complete our Plot Request Form with the dates of your show run. Once submitted, we will email you the plot for your production.
- Select the costumes you’d like to rent from the plot and submit your order. Ideally, orders should be placed 6–8 weeks before your show opens. For expedited requests, please email us directly to check availability.
- Provide exact measurements for each actor to ensure costumes can be tailored for a perfect fit.
- Submit your order with payment details (school purchase orders or credit card information).
How long is the rental period?
Our standard rental period is approximately 10 days, designed to cover a single production week. Costumes are delivered the Friday before your opening night and must be returned or shipped back by the Monday after your final performance.
Do you offer costume packages for shows?
Unfortunately, we do not offer pre-set packages. All costumes are rented à la carte and customized to each actor’s measurements for a tailored fit.
Can you provide me with a quote?
Each order is handled individually. Typically, rental costs range from $68.50–$78.50 per costume, per production week.
- Discounts are available for additional production weeks.
- Early release charges and surcharges for certain sizes may apply.
- Shipping costs vary by package weight and distance, but we recommend budgeting $5–$10 per costume for round-trip shipping.
Can I see pictures of the costumes I’m ordering?
We prioritize photographing costumes for confirmed orders due to time constraints. However, our professional costume stylists will collaborate with you to select the best looks and colors for your production. Images of lead characters and specific design choices can often be provided upon request.

Can I rent just one costume?
Absolutely! Single costume rentals start at $150 plus tax for a one-week rental. These costumes are pulled from our general stock rather than show-specific collections.
Do I need to clean the costumes before returning them?
No, cleaning is included in your rental fee! However, please follow our return procedures to ensure a smooth process and avoid additional charges.
What if I don’t like the costumes chosen for my show?
Our team of professional costumers has access to the largest selection of costumes anywhere and extensive experience pulling the best looks for productions. If you encounter any issues, please notify us immediately upon receiving your order. We’ll work quickly to resolve any concerns and ensure your show is a success.
